/// Hollywood Interiors

We are so infatuated with the newest Hollywood Interiors book,  Hollywood Interiors: Style and Design in Los Angeles by Anthony Iannacci.  The book shows a variety of  interiors that illustrates the rich diversity of homes in LA.  It covers so many beautiful homes ranging from classic to contemporary, and features some of our all time favorites; Nickey Kehoe, DISC Interiors, Commune, and Jamie Bush.

/// LEGENDS 2016

La Cienega Design Quarter’s LEGENDS 2016 event is quickly approaching!  We’re so excited that Brian was paired up with Côté Jardin, a luxury European antique showroom, to design their window for the event.  He’s also excited to mix in some of  LA native, Meredith Metcalf’s incredible ceramics into the display.   We thought we would make a post about some of their products that we absolutely love and some of the design inspiration for our window.  We can’t wait to see what he designs!

If you want to see more about the event you’ll find LCDQ’s LEGENDS event here, and have a lovely weekend all!

/// LA PROJECT IN PROGRESS

Here’s a little work-in-progress preview of a new project we’re working on in LA!  We love watching everything come together and all of the hard work going into it.  Enjoy!

///Ladies’ Lounge in LA

This year was a great one for our team, and fortunately we’ve had a lot of opportunities come our way. An upcoming one that we’re very excited about is all due to Luxe Magazine asking us amongst 23 other interior design teams design a room in the historic Greystone Estate in Beverly Hills, LA!

Imagine Jackie Kennedy Onassis and Lee Radziwill escaping the trappings of Newport and arriving in California during the summer of 1960. They’re seeking a retreat – a place to read, relax and experience the changing world around them without familial obligations. A soft palette and curved lines inspired by 1960’s California, Morocco and Paris in the 20’s swirl together with earthy incense and the sounds of Arlo Guthrie and the Grateful Dead on the record player. Walnut, ceramic, linen, brass, and travertine join forces to create a warm, inviting space. It might seem as if one were looking at this ladies’ lounge through rose-colored glasses…

+We’re going to be highlighting some of our talented vendors over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!
